Evelyne Gardens subdivision consists of 18 duplex villas and 147 3-storey townhouses with class design on a 4.7ha plot. The project has a contract value of more than 470 billion VND, which was one of the projects with the highest contract value of Icons in 2015. After more than 20 months of working with thorough construction schedule, Icons finished all the items and handed over the project successfully to the investor ready to welcome the first residents.
